The Wealth Star (divided into Direct Wealth 'Zheng Cai' and Indirect Wealth 'Pian Cai') represents the element that your personal Day Master controls or conquers (for example, if you are a Jia Wood Day Master, Earth is your Wealth Star because Wood conquers and roots into Earth).
Direct Wealth represents stable, recurring income earned through hard work, direct services, and structured careers. Indirect Wealth represents windfall wealth, investments, entrepreneurial gains, and money derived from opportunities that require vision and risk.
To active or 'catalyze' your Wealth Star, you must analyze its strength. If your Day Master is weak, you actually need Resource and Companion elements to support you before you can grasp the wealth. If your Day Master is strong, using the Favorable directions of your Wealth element and actively pursuing actions corresponding to that element will trigger great financial flow.
